Our medium is acrylic based & designed to dry clear giving our pigments the maximum amount of UV light to optimize both the charge and transmittance of the crystals’ color. This paint is made from 2000um crystals & a fixing medium that dries crystal clear, making any project that you paint look like the milky way, a cluster, or explosion of glowing stars. There is no right or wrong way to use this paint- either brush on or dab to create some of the most amazing star ceilings, murals, or decorations currently available on the market. These crystals are non-toxic & will continually see charge under UV, Black Light, Sun, Incandescent Light & wil glow for years to come. PLEASE NOTE: this paint is NOT suitable for air brushing! Our paints can be used on just about any surface, however outside is different, this is because of weather conditions and the fact that these are designed to be ART paints. Try to place your paint on white or off white surfaces for best results as darker colors soak in light and we need to REFLECT light for optimum GLOW. These paints NEED charging to keep them glowing. We use UV Black lights to help charge the paints in some cases. Black light fluoresces the paint back brighter giving them that neon look during the day. In the dark they will glow their proprietary color as listed above. When fully dry they form a hard water resistant glossy finish. For greatest visual effect paint or spray onto a white or off-white surface. Can be painted onto anything, however, the darker the background, the less reflective ambient light will be seen. With GID Colored Pigments the color does NOT last as long as the glow. Once the crystal is FULLY charged the crystal will glow a COLOR. Since they can’t hold the same charge continuously, the color fades to a white-off white after awhile & then will continue to glow until it runs out of charge. When you receive your paint we do suggest that you charge it first as with all Glow in the Dark Paints they require light and after their long journey with USPS will need charging. As part of an international company, we can distribute anywhere in the world and produce from oz’s to tons. We supply manufacturers, auto body and powder coat companies, toy manufactures, and individual small businesses and retail consumers. GloMania products are tested to make sure they conform to our MSDS and manufacturing standards. Our packaging and shipping department pride themselves on getting orders out within 24hrs; we can do this because we hold ALL our stock in the USA. Within our 3,000 square foot premises, we have a dedicated R&D lab with our own in-house chemist, a semi-automated bottle and packaging facility and showroom. Returns Policy Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of shipment delivery for a full refund.
